The Lemon Filling

  • 3 Bar spoons Lemon & Gin Curd (see recipe)
  • 60 ml Old Tom Gin
  • 15 ml Limoncello
  • 15 ml Double cream


  1. Place all the ingredients in a shaker.

  2. Shake dry first to combine the ingredients.

  3. Add ice and shake vigorously.

  4. Double strain into a coupe glass.
