Gin Genie cocktail

  • 30 ml London Dry gin
  • 30 ml Sloe gin
  • 30 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 20 ml Simple syrup
  • 8 Fresh mint leaves


  1. Muddle the mint leaves with the lemon juice in a shaker.

  2. Add the London Dry gin and simple syrup.

  3. Add ice and shake.

  4. Strain into a highball filled with crushed ice.

  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon zest.

  6. Float the sloe gin over the top of the crushed ice.

  7. Variation: swap the lemon zest for orange zest.
