Gin Genie
Let the genie out of the bottle with this fabulous cocktail!
Created by Wayne Collins in 2001 and named after the David Bowie song Jean Genie. Gin Genie won the Drinks International 2001 Cocktail Challenge.
Fresh, fruity, zesty and minty the surprising combination of the bitter almonds in sloe gin and the fresh lemon juice just works. Any acidity is softened by the simple syrup. This is one refreshing cocktail.
