Recipe Notes

The Bee's Knees is a Prohibition-era cocktail that lives up to its name. This sweetly zingy cocktail will have you wanting more.

The phrase the Bee's Knees, along with the Cat's Whiskers, was coined during the 1920s and like so many other slang phrases both have little meaning other than to indicate something is regarded as the best.

Enjoy!
