3 Thai Inspired Gin Cocktails
Fruit shakes are so popular in Thailand and having recently been to a Thai festival where I drank my own body weight in delicious fruit shakes I thought I would have a go at recreating them at home. Gin is a botanically rich spirit, often with citrus as one or more of its botanicals, which perfectly complements most fruit flavours and fruity gins are in. So it was a short hop, therefore, to combine the Thai fruit shakes with a good fruity cocktail gin to create these 3 Thai inspired gin cocktails.
Gin and juice have long been a popular bar choice. These ‘Thai’ gin cocktails are just gin and juice on steroids.
And for those of you who may want to omit the gin, for whatever reason, they also make great mocktails.
The only equipment you will need is a blender. The measurements I use are in cups as I find this the easiest and most accurate method of measuring ingredients.
So here are 3 Thai inspired gin cocktails. Happy mixing!
